Hi Rufus! I'm sorry to spring this on you out of the blue and so last minute, but how would you feel about co-leading tomorrow's exploration with me? I could use a right hand man with your level of expertise.
In the grand scheme, it would be a huge help to me if you could share the load when it comes to formulating mission plans and conducting risk assessment and management, ahead of explorations. I know you have responsibilities to the security division, as well, so please don't feel obligated. Out in the field, I need someone who can speak for me when I'm in my insect form. It's dangerous for me to be in the Riftlands in my human body. And I trust we are of the same mind.
Can do. I'll be honest, I phased Exploration out of being my primary one station ago, but I'm happy to support you for as long as you need. I can definitely see where you'd need the assist while out in the field in your bug form.
I understand. If you'd rather me look elsewhere for a co-leader, I'd be happy to do that. I've just seen what you can do out there and I've been impressed.
