For about the past week and a half or so, both Scrap the chipmunk and Evan have been following Rufus around. (Evan, much less so than her counterpart, who is small and inconspicuous.) Has she been at the cafe with a newspaper, sunglasses, and hat? Yes. Has she followed him in a trench coat? (No, only because she doesn't have one. But she did wear a scarf and a really nice red lipstick to blend in. If that counts as blending in.)
The chipmunk has been ceaseless, but if Rufus has looked in Evan's direction at any point, she's squawked and scattered like a pigeon on a sidewalk.
